Catalog and requests

Items identified as "Quote upon request" show a proposal and an indicative price. Sending a request does not generate a purchase, reservation, or subscription and does not incur a charge. We will confirm the reference, options, composition or materials, total price, availability, and lead time in a proposal that you may accept or reject. Simulations are identified as such and do not prove the existence of a manufactured variant.

Purchase and price

Items with purchase enabled can be added to the cart. Review quantities, variants, details, and the total before confirming payment. The final payment button entails an obligation to pay. Prices are expressed in euros; applicable taxes and additional expenses are shown before contracting. We will not add charges that have not been accepted. Confirmation and the order are recorded in Shopify; you may request a copy via email. The contract is executed in Spanish.

Delivery and customization

The destination, cost, and lead time will be communicated before accepting each order. If a supplier prepares the shipment, the seller remains responsible for the contract. We will not change the product or the customization without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the contract, we will inform you and apply the legally provided rights and refunds. Customization does not eliminate the warranty or rights for lack of conformity.

Promotions and gift cards

The 10% welcome discount is aimed at new customers who voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter; it is for one-time use per customer on their first purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts. The conditions and eligible products for the received code prevail as long as they comply with regulations. Unsubscribing from emails does not entail a penalty. Bundles will display their components and agreed price; savings based on invented prices will not be advertised.

The digital gift card allows its balance to be applied in our store to items with purchase enabled. It is delivered by email after payment confirmation, can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted, and has no expiry date established by the store. It does not generate availability for "quote upon request" items. Refunds and withdrawals are managed in accordance with regulations; there is no obligation to accept balance as a substitute for a legally owed refund.

Customized nutrition

The questionnaire requests an individual proposal. It does not activate recurring payments. Any future subscription will require information and express acceptance regarding price, quantity, frequency, delivery, and cancellation. The questionnaire and editorial content do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary diet. Decisions regarding illnesses or therapeutic diets must be reviewed with your veterinarian.

Customer service and rights

For inquiries or complaints, use the indicated email or address. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within the applicable timeframes. These terms do not limit inalienable consumer rights. Spanish law applies, along with the competent bodies designated by regulation, without imposing on the consumer a jurisdiction other than the legal one. Please also consult the returns policy.
