Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may communicate your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. For orders delivered separately, the period begins with the last good, as established by regulations. Write to our email or address with an unequivocal statement and identify the order. You do not have to wait for authorization to exercise this right.

Return the product within 14 calendar days of communicating your withdrawal. You may contact us to receive instructions; the return address is the one indicated above. You assume the direct cost of the return due to a change of mind when you have been informed of this before contracting. Products that cannot be returned by mail will have an estimated return cost reported in the offer; they will not be contracted without that information.

We will refund the amounts due, including the cost of the initial standard delivery, within 14 days of your communication. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return, unless we collect them ourselves. We will use the same means of payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed at no cost to you. The supplement for a more expensive delivery chosen voluntarily will not be refunded. You will only be liable for the decrease in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the good.

Exceptions

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from withdrawal, provided that this is reported before contracting. The exclusion does not affect your rights if there is a defect, a seller error, or a product other than the one agreed upon. Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded if they are unsealed after delivery and the exception is applicable and communicated. We do not automatically exclude all food or all pet supplies based on their category.

Defects and Legal Guarantee

New goods sold to consumers in Spain have a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If there is a lack of conformity, contact us with the order number and a description; a photo may help, but it is not a condition for exercising your rights. Repair or replacement will be free of charge where applicable, including necessary transport costs. Price reduction or contract termination will be applied in the legally provided cases. You are not obliged to accept a voucher when there is a right to a refund.
