Items by quote

We do not accept the purchase of an item pending from a supplier without first confirming the lead time, destination, total cost, and delivery terms. The indicative price does not include a promise of shipment or stock availability. Personalized items may require manufacturing; the lead time is communicated in the proposal.

Enabled shipments

Available destinations and rates appear before checkout. The free shipping promotion on orders over €89.99 will apply to the destinations and items enabled in the offer and at checkout; specific conditions will be confirmed in the proposal for physical products under quote. We do not promise deliveries to unconfirmed territories or references. If an order is split, we will communicate this without adding unexpected costs.

Delivery and incidents

Risk is transferred to the consumer upon receipt of the goods, except in legal cases. If there is a delay, loss, or damage, write to us with your order reference; we will manage the incident and applicable rights. A photograph of the packaging may help but does not limit the right to claim. When there is no agreed date, the applicable legal deadline will be respected; exceptions or extensions require an agreement.
